Payments, Cancellation and Change Policy
Invoices will be sent during the first week of August with a payment term of 14 days net.
The registration fee must be paid by the due date. Reminder fee €5.
Cancellation and change policy: We refund 100% of the registration fee for cancellations made before 2 June 2026. For cancellations made from 3 June 2026 until 7 July 2026, we refund 50% of the registration fee. For cancellations made on or after 8 July 2026, no refund will be issued. A processing fee of €5 per participant will be charged for all cancellations made before 7 July 2026.
Participation may be transferred to another eligible participant until 26 August 2026. The registration fee must be paid by 4 September. Participants with unpaid fees are not entitled to attend the conference.
