Rajalla 2027 – the JCI Senate in Finland Annual Conference

In autumn 2027, we will gather in the heart of South Karelia, where rich history and today’s reality meet in a unique way. Finland’s closed eastern border makes this a truly exceptional time: the Annual Meeting in Imatra will take us quite literally to the front line, where strong and seamless border security is a vital concern for all of Finland.

During the weekend, we will have a unique opportunity to visit the Southeastern Finland Border Guard region, learn about the current border situation, and hear an up-to-date situational briefing directly from experts.

We will also get to experience a piece of genuine JCI history, as participants will participate the 58th Imatran Inkeri announcement ceremony on site – the oldest continuously running project of Junior Chamber International Finland!

The meeting weekend will offer deep insight into the importance of the region for all of Finland – not forgetting excellent Senate company, valued traditions, the rapids of the Vuoksi River, and Karelian hospitality.

Payments, Cancellation and Change Policy

The participation fee will be invoiced during the first quarter of 2027, or after registration for those registering later; the payment term is 14 days net. The invoice will be sent to the email address you provided. By registering for the event, you agree to pay the invoice in accordance with the payment terms. If the invoice is not paid by the due date, the registration will be cancelled—please ensure timely payment using the correct reference number.

Changes (including registration transfers) can be made until July 31, 2027. A processing fee of 15 euros will be charged for any changes (including cancellations) made through the conference organizer.

Cancellation policy

• by March 31, 2027, 100% of the fee will be refunded.
• between April 1 and June 1, 2027, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
• on or after June 1, 2027, no refund will be issued.

Participants with unpaid fees are not entitled to attend the conference.
